I cannot imagine a better material for a country home

We are so thrilled to be working on the House at Hammertown in Pine Plains. The kitchen was designed by Camilla Mathlein at Studio C in Millerton and Gregg over at Hammertown will be overseeing everything and posting the progress here.  The concrete counters are in and I would like to give you a sneak peak at a cool design detail Camilla came up with; an herb garden built directly into the counter top!  The idea is once planted, the herbs will appear to be growing right out of the counter.  Looking forward to seeing the progress to come.

Another Bahko pour in place counter

This is a pour in place drainboard by BAHKO;   hand sculpted to get the perfect pitch from the integrated cutting board to sink.
